Heavy Reversible Hinge Fitting Instructions

Place hinges on gate horizontal and central to gate rails. Make sure hinges overhang so cups can be positioned centrally on post. Mark out holes for hinges on gate.
Remove hinges and drill pilot holes for bolts and screws into gate. Replace hinges and fix to gate using bolts and screws provided.
Position gate in opening and support securely. Leave enough space between gate and post to allow gate to swing freely.
Place cups onto hinge pins and mark out holes for cups central on post.
Remove cups and drill pilot holes for bolts and screws into post. Replace cups and fix to post using bolts and screws provided.

Note: Apply grease to pins for smoother operation of gate movement.
