Monkey Tail Bolt Fitting Instructions
- Place bolt assembly at top of door and vertically where required. Mark out holes for bolt assembly on door.
- Remove bolt assembly and drill pilot holes for screws into door. Replace bolt assembly and fix to door using screws provided.
- With door closed, set bolt to engaged position. Mark out where bolt makes contact with top frame.
- Clear marked area and drill a hole wide enough and deep enough to receive bolt.
- Place square receiver plate on top frame central to drilled hole. Mark out screw holes on top frame.
- Remove square receiver plate and drill pilot holes for screws into top frame. Replace square receiver plate and fix to top frame using screws provided.
