What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.
Specifically, it includes:

• Cracking or splitting of the rubber under normal use
• Excessive wear or deterioration not caused by misuse
• Manufacturing defects that affect performance or safety

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:

• Improper installation or fitting
• Use of harsh chemicals or cleaning agents
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Normal surface wear and tear from regular use
• Cuts, burns, abrasions, or marks from tools, horseshoes, or heavy equipment
• Exposure to extreme temperatures or sunlight beyond normal stable conditions

Limitations

A. Perry Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or downtime.

To ensure your matting lasts and remains covered under warranty:

• Install on a clean, level, and well-drained surface.
• Regularly clean using mild detergent and water.
• Avoid dragging heavy or sharp objects across the surface.
